Daniela Drescher is a German illustrator and author whose charming style of illustrations is loved by both kids and adults – her previous work as an art therapist has contributed significantly to the development of her unique style. Drescher has authored and illustrated more than 40 books, many of which became bestsellers in many different countries. When creating illustrations for her books, Drescher says that she focuses mostly on the colors rather than the details. A common subject and recurring theme of her illustrations is that of nature – Drescher says that her goal is to awaken kids’ creativity and allow their fantasies to come alive with the freedom to dream.
