Return policy

If you are a participant of our Rental Program, please follow the steps below to initiate your return:

1. Make sure you are logged into your Lookomorie account
2. Open your Account page
3. Select "Request Return" on the order you'd like to create a return for
4. Fill out the form appropriately, selecting "Other" as the Reason

If you want to keep a rental edition book: simply exclude it from your return and you will be charged its purchase price.

Failing to return a book is seen as purchasing it, and will result in a charge for its full price.

Below policy is applicable to all other (non rental) books:

We make every effort to make sure you like the books that you buy from our site.

We ship books either in protective pouches or in boxes, with a layer of protective wrapper around the books. However, for reasons beyond our control, some books may occasionally become damaged during shipping.

We are not responsible for damage to books that has been incurred during shipping. If this is the case for your situation, please inquire at your local Post Office.

We do not accept returns back based on the fact that child(ren) did not like the book or that the book did not meet your expectations. We hope that providing a number of consecutive pages and a detailed description for each book on our site gives an understanding of the book's contents.
